"I would really like to show appreciation to Heather (this review is in no way, shape, or form against her) I’ve reached out to my local office to provide dissatisfaction and disappointment with my current claims adjuster. I was informed that sometimes your local office can be your liaison between yourself and your claims adjuster if issues come about. My claims adjuster has well over 150 pages worth of proof, documentation, invoices, receipts, complaints, as well as communication between my property management and myself. However, he has treated me disgustingly. I’ve called several times requesting to speak to Melissa directly and have been denied that opportunity. My last call on Monday, I called venting to one of the representatives in the office, she informed me there was nothing she could do about my situation and disappointment and she said she would call the claims department… she got back on the phone with me letting me know her hands were tied as I continued to vent— never once informing me that my claims adjuster was added to the call, basically setting me up and sat silently while my claims adjuster went off on me. I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received. There’s been literally no help. Mind you this issue occurred over a month ago & has yet to be resolved…"
